The electronics of the system communicates with the, in each modern TRUCK existing CAN - BUS and curbs injection with the LPG car-vapor into the diesel engine. A Vaporizer,  that changes the liquid gas again into the gaseous condition, as well as valves, injectors, gas pipes and gas-tanks complete the system.



All prefabricated parts of the KME system are certificated after EN 67-R -01. This is the throughout Europe valid standard for liquid-gas-installations in vehicles. In the current operation of a diesel engine. The lifespan of the diesel engines increases through it.
  
The system is steered by a separated tuner-amplifier. An interface has the ECU to the Can-Bus. Through the Can-Bus, the system gets the information about important dates of the motor in the current operation, Z. B. Speed, turbo-pressure, speed, acceleration, breaking etc.. From these data, the exact quantity of the gas to be injected were calculated by the ECU on the basis of a three-dimensional gas-fuel-diagram.

Through this technology, the system is motor employable in each modern TRUCK. Co-workers educated by us can adjust the installation individually to every use-possibility with help of an adjustmentsoftware. For the service-area, the software has retrieval-possibilities in order to check the function of all prefabricated parts of the gas-installation.  

TRUCKs has a high quality-standard today, service-intervals from 100.000 km are normal. In order to be able to meet these high requests also with a gas-installation, all prefabricated parts of the system are produced after most modern guidelines. The started prefabricated parts specifically are for the lasting use in the usefulness-vehicle-area of concepted.
